At CAPELIN CREW, we stand by the performance of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our crew inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
